PRAGA CANTAT 2015
29th International Choir Competition and Festival
Prague, 29.10. – 1.11. 2015
Praga Cantat festival of which the 28th edition was held from 30th October to 2nd November 2014 became one of the most important choir events in Prague. The previous 28 festivals was attended by 815 choirs from 38 countries. The total number of singers who have visited this Prague's festival is 30 750.
Praga Cantat festival is not an exclusive competition. Alongside the excellent choirs there are also choirs at the beginning of their development and those which want to match with the others and feel the beautiful atmosphere of the competition. The international and professional jury does not only judge the performances of the choirs but also gives valuable recommendations which may help the choir leaders with their following work.
